The restaurant Sequial 20 in Sueca won the first prize in the International Paella Competition of Sueca in 2023.

L’Alter

Restaurant Casa El Famós

This restaurant in El Palmar has won the International Valencian Paella Competition on occasion. In 2018 it was chosen as the best paella in the world.

Mesón Molino Binhui Arroceria Restaurant

Second prize in the Sueca 2023 International Competition went to chef Binhui Jiang, who runs the kitchen of this modest bar in Valencia where paella has become his specialty.
“Before it was a neighborhood bar that offered paella menu, but due to our love for paella, we started to elaborate it with different ingredients. Now we offer a wide variety of paellas to suit the customer’s taste, especially with Asian ingredients,” explains Binhui Jiang.
