And there is no better way to live the Christmas spirit than strolling through these markets and do our shopping in a sustainable and proximity way. In addition, while we visit them, we can take this Christmas route through the center of Valencia and live all the magic of Christmas in one afternoon.

Downtown Christmas Market

The streets and squares adjacent to the Mercat Central of Valencia host, from November 28, 2025 to January 6, 2026, the traditional Christmas and Epiphany Market. Here we can find everything from nativity scenes to toys, sweets and all the Christmas decorations you can imagine.
Located between Hospital Street and West Avenue.
The general opening hours will be from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm, with special hours for key days: December 24 will be open until 2:00 am and Twelfth Night (January 5) until 5:00 am, so that the most absent-minded can also do their Christmas shopping.

Christmas Market in the Ciutat de les Arts

From December 12, 2025 to January 6, 2026, at the foot of the Science Museum, you will find this Christmas market from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm (with reduced hours on holidays). Another of the usual Christmas in Valencia. It also has food trucks, children’s activities, puppet theater and collection of letters for the Kings and Santa Claus, among others.

Valencia Christmas Market

The outdoor area of La Plazeta, in Primado Reig, will open its doors from December 20 until January 4. This space stands out for its festive atmosphere with food trucks, an ice rink, children’s games, craft stalls and circus show, among other surprises.
Craft Fair at Plaza de la Reina

The Plaza de la Reina celebrates this market full of artisans from different disciplines from November 28 to January 6. All the participants of this fair are professional artisans, so they have a seal of quality, ideal if you are looking for 100% handmade gifts.

HoHoHo! Christmas in Tapinería

From December 19 to January 5, the gifts with more flow can be found in Tapinería. This square in Valencia organizes its HoHoHo! market one more year with dozens of exhibitors.
It is a different and creative flea market where you can discover original gifts and independent design in the heart of the city.
Opening hours: 11:00-14:00 h and 17:00-20:30 h (weekends continuous day).
Reyes Market (El Cabanyal)

Ideal for the latecomers. In the surroundings of the Cabanyal Market you will find this traditional market from the 3rd to the 5th of January. It is the obligatory stop to find the last gifts before the night of Reyes.
Hours: From 9:00 to 22:00 h, except on January 5, which will remain open uninterruptedly until 05:00 h in the morning.
Benimaclet street market
The Benimaclet square will be the scene of this solidarity flea market where local associations and groups will offer handmade products for charitable purposes.
