The Soles in the Repsol Guide are the national equivalent of the most famous stars in gastronomy.
Now, after a new edition of the awards, the province has 28 establishments with a Repsol Sun (losing the 2 Suns awarded to Flores Raras due to a name change), and two of them retain the highest distinction (3 Suns).
In 2026 , Simposio, Farigola y Menta, and 2 Estaciones will debut with a Repsol Sun, while the restaurant Fierro will receive 2 Suns for the first time.
These are all the restaurants in Valencia with Sol Repsol in 2026.
