The gastronomy of the Valencian Community is in good health. On Monday, the Repsol Guide 2026 gala recognized four establishments in the province of Valencia and several others in the Community. Fierro, with two Suns, leads the mentions in the province alongside Simposio, Farigola y Menta, and 2 Estaciones.
The highest national distinction, equivalent to Michelin stars, now recognizes the work of a total of 68 Valencian restaurants, second only to Catalonia, Madrid, Andalusia, and the Basque Country.
What are the new Repsol Suns in Valencia?

The Fierro restaurant, led by chefs Germán Carrizo and Carito Lourenço, is the big news, having achieved two Suns through the fusion of the traditions of Mendoza and Córdoba (Argentina) with Valencian produce. They also have a Michelin star to their name.
The most economical option among those recognized this year by Repsol is located in Torrent. The Farigola y Menta restaurant has been awarded one Repsol Sun, with a lunch menu for €30.90, under the direction of executive chef David and with Andrea in charge of the dining room.

In San Antonio de Benagéber, chef Roger Julián has managed to put Simposio on the gastronomic map. Opened in November 2022, this restaurant has become the only one in the Camp de Túria region with a Michelin star (awarded in 2025) and now adds its first Repsol Sun.
Added to this is the recognition of 2 Estaciones, a project by the couple Alberto Alonso and Mar Soler, both chefs with a solid track record working alongside Ricard Camarena and Vicente Patiño.
