If you had to name a gastronomic bible in which every good restaurant wants to be, that would be the Michelin Guide. For next year the Valencian Community can boast of having 29 restaurants that stand out above the rest. 29 gastronomic temples to which the famous culinary guide has awarded at least one Michelin star.
The French guide recognizes the work of three new restaurants: Llavor (Oropesa), Ruben Miralles (Vinarós) and Simposio (San Antonio de Benagéber). A recognition, the French guide, which is added in many cases to the Repsol Guide, which this past year has recognized the work of 26 other restaurants in the province of Valencia.
