Although it may not seem like it, finding a pizza in Valencia as good as the one you could eat in a Roman trattoria is no easy task. There are many mediocre ones, but there are few places where eating them is irresistible. The key is a well-fermented and unhurried dough, with a good tomato sauce, tender mozzarella and fresh, quality ingredients. If we get this, we have already won enough. And in Valencia these are the best restaurants to eat an authentic Italian pizza.
We have compiled a list of places in the city where you can enjoy a pizza without having to buy a flight to Italy. It is the result of a mixture of our personal experience, recommendations from Italian people and Internet ratings.
