The Roig Arena will not only be the new epicenter of major sporting, cultural and musical events in Valencia, but also a gastronomic reference open 365 days a year.
The venue, promoted by Juan Roig, will have a diverse culinary offer, which will include a Valencian signature restaurant, a modern grocery store and a gastromarket with proposals for all tastes.
The new restaurants of the Roig Arena
According to a press release distributed today by the stadium, the Poble Nou restaurant will be headed by chef Miguel Martí, who will offer a menu based on traditional Valencian cuisine with a contemporary touch. Specializing in paellas, rice dishes and fideuàs cooked over a wood fire, the space will have an outdoor terrace and an indoor area with privileged views of the stadium’s main arena. Located in the second ring, the restaurant is presented as a tribute to the rice culture.
Ultramarinos Roig will be located in the first ring, a space that fuses the spirit of a traditional grocery store with a restaurant. Here you can enjoy dishes of the day, omelettes, croquettes, ham, Valencian cakes, pickles, desserts, ice cream and horchata.
The third great gastronomic axis of the enclosure will be El Mercat de Roig Arena, a gastromarket with a large common terrace and six points of restoration with very varied proposals. Among the brands present will be:
- Hundred Burgers, awarded in 2025 as the restaurant with the best burgers in the world.
- La Mesedora, famous for its Joselillo sandwich and a benchmark for Valencian lunch.
- Adicto and Adicta, specialized in gourmet omelettes and croquettes.
- Perme, with its Detroit-style pizzas and cokes.
- Xé Chicken, focused on dishes with chicken as the star ingredient.
- Dichō (Asian cuisine) or Maverick’s (handmade hot dogs), which will rotate according to the type of event.
- And the sweet spot will be provided by Dolç, with homemade cakes and cookies from its space on the terrace.
In addition, during the events, the Roig Arena will have more than 35 quick service bars, fully accessible, and two large central bars for concerts with audience on the dance floor.
The Roig Arena will open its doors in September 2025 with a tribute concert dedicated to Nino Bravo.
