Hundred, the well-known Valencian hamburger restaurant, is once again the best in the world. This was recognized by the annual ranking of The World’s Best Burgers, the “Michelin Guide to burgers”.
The Valencian chain once again occupies first place after doing so in 2024 and is the only non-US hamburger restaurant that has led this famous ranking in its entire history.
In 2025, it will be joined on the podium by the American Pizza Loves Emily and the Brazilian Holy Burger based in Sao Paulo.
The jury of The World’s Best Burgers, after visiting and evaluating 900 burgers in 63 countries, has recognized Hundred Burgers for the second consecutive year for its “attention to detail, its extreme focus on craftsmanship and its constant evolution” and has highlighted the “intensity of meaty flavor and its perfect match with the demi brioche bread” of the Valencian chain.
Hundred Burgers, founded in 2020 by Alex González-Urbón and Ezequiel Maldjian, has four restaurants in Valencia and three in Madrid.
For Alex González-Urbón, co-founder of Hundred, the recognition is “the reward for the enormous effort and sacrifice of our entire team” and “a reminder that prioritizing quality and craftsmanship over growth is the right way to go”.
Hundred is joined in this world ranking by Briochef (Madrid) and Soul Coffee (Valencia), among the 25 best hamburger restaurants in the world.
