3 Michelin stars, the seventh best restaurant in Europe, one of the 100 best in the world? On paper, Quique Dacosta is the most successful Valencian chef and an ambassador of Valencian and Spanish gastronomy abroad.
His restaurant in Denia is the only one in the whole Valencian territory that holds the highest award of the French guide, the 3 stars. But his influence is not limited to the small town of Alicante.
100 km from there, in Valencia, the chef of Extremadura origin has built a varied ecosystem of gastronomic proposals: from market cuisine to the reissue of his successes of Denia in a smaller restaurant. These are the restaurants that are part of Dacosta’s universe in Valencia.

Vuelve Carolina
A trip around the world through tapas and dishes perfect for sharing is the central axis of this space in Correos street. The master lines of its proposal are the quality product and the union of tradition and innovation in the execution. This cuisine without ties is directed by Gonzalo Silla, a traveling proposal that pairs with Diego Godia‘s signature cocktails.
Vuelve Carolina is characterized as a multi-faceted space: the bar welcomes with a more informal and fast proposal. On the opposite wall, the tables are the place where the more relaxed conversations and long after-dinner meals take place.

El Poblet
Luis Valls, head chef of this restaruante, develops an innovative, committed and proximity market cuisine; under the influence of his mother house, the 3 Michelin stars in Denia. And this has been the case since 2013, the year in which the guide awarded him the first star.
Valls worked in DĂ©nia with Dacosta for almost four years and that shows in the cuisine of El Poblet, which after almost a decade, is already a mix between the best proposals of master and disciple. We are lucky to have him in Valencia. The restaurant has 2 Michelin stars.
