You can already book the menus of Cuina Oberta in Valencia for its spring edition 2025. From April 3 to 13, more than 70 restaurants in Valencia, including some with Michelin stars, will serve special menus from 28 euros.
This gastronomic festival launched by the Visit València Foundation will allow you to enjoy a menu with local produce consisting of a starter, main course and exclusive dessert (drinks not included) for 28 euros at lunchtime and 36 euros at dinnertime.
The “gourmet” restaurants of this festival will have an extra cost of 20 euros, while Michelin restaurants will offer menus for 80 euros for lunch and 100 euros for dinner.
The menus will focus on the products of our three natural pantries of Valencia: l’Albufera, the orchard and the Mediterranean Sea.
This spring 2025 edition will incorporate new venues such as Umaniko València, Umaniko Aqua, Bacai, The Front, Bodega Anyora and Bar Tonyna.
In addition, 20 restaurants will offer personalized experiences such as, for example, the restaurant Fierro proposes to return to its beginnings with its “Memory in movement at a shared table”, an evening in which eight diners taste the proposed menu of the restaurant; Mamma Pazzo will teach how to make pasta in a homemade way in her “Mamma Pazzo x Cooking with Claudio”; Mon Orxata accompanies you to learn all the secrets of the most famous Valencian drink, as well as how to make it from scratch; or Villa Indiano, which focuses a whole battery of experiences on the preparation of Valencian paella, where the youngest members of the household can also participate.
Reservations for each experience and menu are already open on the official website of Cuina Oberta.
