Valencia will celebrate this November a new edition of Cuina Oberta, the gastronomic event promoted by Fundació Visit València in collaboration with Diputació de València and València Turisme to know the gastronomy of 70 restaurants in the city through special menus.
This gastronomic event will allow the public to taste for 10 days menus ranging from traditional rice dishes and Mediterranean cuisine to international fusions, creative tapas and signature menus.

Prices remain stable for another year, at 28 euros for the lunch menu and 36 euros for the dinner menu, not including drinks.
Also participating in this edition are 12 Gourmet category restaurants, recognized for their presence in the Repsol Guide, Michelin’s Bib Gourmand or the We’re Smart Green Guide. These establishments will offer lunch menus at 48 euros and dinner menus at 56 euros.
In addition, Cuina Oberta will count on this occasion with 6 Michelin Star restaurants: El Poblet, La Salita, Riff, Lienzo, Fierro and Arrels. All of them will present special proposals designed for the occasion, with prices of 80 euros at noon and 100 euros at night.
The event is renewed with the incorporation of 10 new restaurants participating for the first time, such as Alcántara Bistro, Barecito del Ayuntamiento, Cocleque, Escama, Jenkin’s, Kabanyal, Llar del Pescador, Soul of 1927, Taller de Carnes by Jenkin’s and Arrels, which debuts in the Michelin Star category.
In parallel, this edition will offer 16 gastronomic experiences organized by 13 restaurants, ranging from Peruvian, Burmese or Japanese cuisine workshops to wine tastings, cocktail classes or activities focused on the world of embers.
