In the neighborhood of Cabañal, this winery has managed to give a modern touch to its premises without leaving its roots and its classic decoration. It is almost 200 years old and specializes in wines and tapas, its bravas have become a classic for its peculiar presentation: potatoes, aioli and ketchup separated.

Rausell

Since its beginnings in the 40’s, this house has always kept the same spirit in the kitchen. And its bravas, one of the best valued of the city, have not been less in following the tradition. With aioli and paprika. According to a survey of gastronomic experts, this place has no rival.

Central Bar

They have a woman’s name and are one of the best in Valencia made by Ricard Camarena‘s group. Under the name “Bravas Lourdes Luz”, you can eat a delicacy seasoned with aioli and a slight spicy touch that leaves no one indifferent.

Amparín Tavern

Do not go by appearances and let yourself go to enjoy one of the great bravas of the city. Bar Ricardo

In 1947 Bar Ricardo opened to the public and there they continue to this day in Extramurs serving delicious bravas. Even Askua restaurant (also in this list, below) has paid tribute to his recipe. Don’t miss it.
