The Bravas Fest, held last weekend in La Marina de Valencia, has crowned 2 restaurants in Valencia with the best bravas recipes of 2025. Timoteo and Casa Bravo have been awarded the prize for the “Best Bravas of Valencia”, by popular vote and jury decision, respectively.
Timoteo revalidates for the second consecutive year the triumph thanks to the public, which has awarded its recipe of bravas made with Jabugo chorizo jam and grandmother’s aioli.
This recipe will be served in its premises with a price of 7.90 euros the whole portion, while the half portion will cost 5 euros.

The establishment, located at 11 Marqués de Zenete street, also presented at the festival its truffled omelette with brie cheese, caramelized onion and crunchy cecina from León.
For its part, Casa Bravo, a takeaway located on Calle Calatrava in the Carmen neighborhood, won the jury’s recognition.
Its winning proposal was based on triple-cooked potatoes for a crispy exterior and creamy interior, accompanied by traditional brava sauce and roasted garlic aioli. Their tapa at the event was a brioche with slow-cooked Duroc pork, fennel and salsa verde.
