Humans have a strange and fascinating obsession with abandoned sites. Like an instant attraction for buildings that have been left to their fate and that, for a strange reason, with the passage of time are reborn. In Valencia we have several examples of places where their history is still latent.
These sites can be fascinating for those who enjoy Urbex, which is the name given to the urban exploration of abandoned sites, and photography. Among them are former hospitals, abandoned factories, disused industries and dilapidated buildings that once played an important role in Valencia’s history.
So if you still don’t have a plan for Halloween 2024 in Valencia, what better than to visit these places that are spookier than a tunnel of terror?
Of course, it is important to respect the rules and not to risk your own safety or that of others.
