What if the best cooks of the Valencian Community recommended us their ideal places for this summer 2024? Under this premise, the Repsol Guide has launched the summer edition of the Soletes Repsol, the 9th edition of the guide in which the work of more everyday places, away from haute cuisine, is recognized.
In this new edition, 125 chefs from all over Spain have made their recommendations for this year, including ice cream parlors, bars beach bars, restaurants or cafeterias. In the Valencian case, Begoña Rodrigo vicky Sevilla, Susi Díaz or Rakel Cernicharo are some of the renowned chefs who have participated in the preparation of this list.
The Soletes Repsol of summer 2024 in the Valencian Community are, in total, 39. Here is the complete list, with the name of the award-winning restaurant, its location and the chef who recommends it.
