The Valencian chef and 2 Michelin stars Ricard Camarena will expand his gastronomic offer in Valencia with a new restaurant project located in the Cabanyal neighborhood.
The chef from Barx has signed an agreement with the operator Kora Living to take over the management of the gastronomic proposal of Kora Lluna, a shared accommodation macro-complex to be inaugurated at 44 Arquitecto Alfaro Street during the first quarter of 2026.
This collaboration represents Camarena’s entry into the co-living and mid-stay accommodation segment, managing the services of a building with 428 apartments and studios in the Poblats Marítims district.
What is known about Ricard Camarena’s new gastronomic space in Valencia?

The objective, as detailed by both parties in a press release, is to design a proposal that will be a neighborhood meeting point for residents and neighbors of the neighborhood.
Although specific details of the menu have not been revealed, Camarena has advanced that the concept will move away from the business models he currently manages in the city.
The intention is to “review classic formats” of the hospitality industry in order to update them, with an organic integration into the daily routine of both temporary residents (profiles such as digital nomads or displaced professionals) and the regular inhabitants of this maritime area. It will be an unprecedented proposal within Camarena’s group and of a new format.
For his part, Kepa Apraiz, CEO of Kora Living, has stressed that the choice of Camarena’s team responds to the search for its own identity that fits with its philosophy of “conscious hospitality”.
“The alliance with Ricard Camarena fits with our vision of conscious hospitality. Our hospitality space wants to be a meeting point between design, community and Mediterranean gastronomy,” he explained.
The Kora Lluna complex will have more than 3,000 square meters dedicated to common areas, including a swimming pool, gym andcoworking areas. The project has been designed under sustainability criteria.
