Gulliver restaurant, located at 10 Menéndez Pidal Avenue in Valencia, has been shortlisted in the Restaurant & Bar Design Awards 2025 as one of the most beautiful independent restaurants in the world.
With a dish of the day that costs less than 15 euros (drink and dessert apart), this space will compete next October 2025 in 2 categories: Standalone (restaurants that are not chains or franchises) and Surface Interiors (which highlights the cladding and interior design).

The restaurant has been designed by Estudio Laura Yerpes. Gulliver’s proposal stands out for its modern and cozy atmosphere.
Among the most striking decorative elements is the prow of a boat with the bust of a woman integrated inside, which adds personality and a creative wink to the name of the restaurant, inspired by the adventures of Gulliver’ s travels, which also star in a park of the same name in Valencia.
As for its gastronomic proposal, Gulliver combines Mediterranean and traditional Valencian cuisine, with rice dishes and paellas to grilled meats and fish.
The winners of the Restaurant & Bar Design Awards 2025 will be announced at an international ceremony to be held on October 27 at EPIK Dubai (United Arab Emirates), to which all finalists will be invited. The award is given to both the restaurant designer and the restaurant operator.
Another of Valencia’s restaurants that applied for these awards in 2025 is Noble, although in the end it was not selected as a finalist for the Dubai ceremony.
