The restaurant El Miracle, located in Campoamor Street in the Cedro neighborhood in Valencia, has been chosen as the best gluten-free restaurant in Spain in 2025, according to the Celicidad ranking, specialized in celiac cuisine.
The award has been granted by more than 44,000 user ratings on its app and website.
This gastronomic space, which was already number one in 2021 and has remained in the national top 3 in 2022, 2023 and 2024, once again tops the ranking thanks to its 100% gluten-free cuisine, its commitment to food safety and its culinary proposal that fuses Mediterranean tradition with Syrian flavors.
Founded in 2017 and completely transformed into a gluten-free restaurant in 2020, El Miracle was one of the first restaurants in the Valencian Community to be certified by ACECOVA, the Celiac Association of the Valencian Community.

Hiba Malek and Nazir Hanna, at the head of El Miracle, have designed a menu in constant evolution where traditional dishes and innovative proposals are combined, all of them designed for any diner, with or without celiac disease, to enjoy without worries.
Among their specialties you can try smoked eggplant hummus, homemade falafel, polenta with dates and spices, marinated salmon on celeriac cream or buckwheat pancakes with seasonal fillings.
How much does it cost to eat at El Miracle?

The Miracle’s menu is available here, but they have two tasting menus for 37 and 28 euros for you to try the most representative dishes of their Mediterranean and Syrian cuisine.
The menus are composed of dishes such as a selection of croquettes, halloumi cheese, omelette, brioche or Miracle salad, among others.
