It is located at number 39 of Conde Salvatierra street and in 2025 it wanted to be one of the most beautiful restaurants in the world. We are talking about the Noble restaurant, located in the center of Valencia, which has been submitted to the Restaurant & Bar Design Awards 2025 to opt for the awards that this publication delivers annually.
Although the final awards will be presented in October 2025, Noble has not been shortlisted. Even so, it was one of the two Valencian restaurants that participated in the nomination phase(entries), presenting its proposal to the organization.
For context: all restaurants that register for these awards(entries) are automatically considered for the regional categories and the global awards (Best Overall Restaurant and Best Overall Bar), at no additional cost.
However, only those that are part of the shortlist will be invited to the ceremony and can receive an official award. In the case of Noble, its participation allowed it to be automatically considered, but it did not make the shortlist, so it will not officially compete in the October 2025 ceremony.
The Valencian restaurant that has been shortlisted and will compete in the ceremony is Gulliver, in the categories Standalone and Surface Interiors.

A similar route to the one taken by Baovan in 2023, another Valencia restaurant that was awarded the “Best Color” prize by this same publication composed of design, architecture and hospitality professionals.
“We wanted is to create a place that does not go out of fashion”.

In the case of Noble, the interior design has been developed by the team of Pablo Peyra Studio, a firm recognized for its work in cities such as Barcelona, Madrid or London.
“It has opted for a dense, quiet and warm atmosphere, where the materials -dark wood , upholstery with body, murals and wallpapers- build an atmosphere that accompanies the dish without imposing itself on it,” the restaurant highlights in a statement.
In parallel, Noble’s cuisine focuses on classic dishes, recipes rooted in Valencia such as cocido, all i pebre, soups, stews, casseroles and rice dishes that coexist with meats and fish prepared according to traditional recipes. The average ticket per person is around 35 euros.
“The layout of the space, the level of acoustic comfort, the lighting and the distance between tables are not an add-on: they are part of the experience and of the way in which the diner is invited to stay, to converse, to recover the slow time of the after-dinner conversation”, they add. “We wanted to create a place that will never go out of style.
Behind the restaurant are Grupo Empieza el Baile and Grupo Jugando con Fuego, responsible for brands such as Living Bakkali, the project that will soon be launched in the former Aragón Cinemas, Jenkin’s, Flama or Michigan Detroit Pizza.
