After being suspended due to rain in Fallas, the Fallas concerts usually promoted by the Amstel beer brand will be held this Saturday, March 22.
The traditional Conciertazo will move for the first time to Torrent for the first time after being held for years in the Paseo de la Alameda in Valencia.
In a gesture of solidarity with the populations affected by the dana, Amstel’s new initiative will be held on March 22nd after suspending its celebration scheduled for Saturday, March 8th due to the rainstorm in Valencia.
This Germanorfest in the Parc Central de Torrent will combine music and gastronomy, within a broader program of events which also includes the firing of 9 mascletás simultaneously in municipalities in the province of Valencia affected by the floods.
The Germanorfest will be held throughout the day and will feature a market with local products, workshops for all ages and typical Valencian lunches, in tribute to the tradition of esmorzar.
Popular lunches in the morning

“El Matinal del Germanorfest” will take place from 9 am to 4:30 pm. Admission will be free until full capacity is reached (3,000 people) and you can taste lunches such as Ca Rakel, Casa Baldo, Gastro Triquet, Cal Carrero, one of the best sandwiches in Spain, Bar Magallaes and La Mesedora.
To facilitate access and avoid queues, it has enabled the pre-purchase of a sandwich and an Amstel through the website Feta de Germanor.
Fallas concerts at night
Music will be the centerpiece of Germanorfest, with Valencian groups such as La Habitación Roja, La Fúmiga, Ley DJ, Sedajazz, Jove Big Band Sedajazz, DixieLand, Wau y Los Arrrghs, La Golfería and several Valencian DJs.
The transfer of the event to Torrent, one of the affected cities, seeks to decentralize its actions and get closer to the municipalities that have suffered the impact of the dana to help in its reconstruction.
Although the Paseo de la Alameda in Valencia has been the traditional venue of the Conciertazo, this change seeks to reinforce the spirit of “germanor” (brotherhood), central pillar of this new edition.
How to get tickets for the Germanorfest
Tickets for the Germanorfest concerts will be available in bars and supermarkets that sell Amstel brand products.
