Official program for Fallas 2026: the most important events

Valencia enters a new edition of the Fallas 2026. From the end of February until March 19, the city throws itself into the Josefine festival, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

In this article, we break down the official program of events (not forgetting the fireworks) that will take place between February and March 2026.

OFFICIAL PROGRAM OF FALLAS 2026

JANUARY

Friday, January 30

• 10:00 p.m. – Solemn Exaltation of the Fallera Mayor of Valencia, Carmen Prades Gil, and her Court of Honor at the Palau de la Música.
• At the end of the Exaltation, there will be a fireworks display.

Saturday 31

• 5:30 p.m. – Solemn Exaltation of the Fallera Mayor Infantil (Child Queen) of Valencia, Marta Mercader Roig, and her Court of Honor at the Palau de la Música.
• At the end of the Exaltation, there will be a fireworks display.

FEBRUARY

Sunday

• 10:00 a.m. – Final of the Fallera Mayor Infantil de Valencia Pilota Valenciana Trophy at the Trinquet de Pelayo.
• 11:30 a.m. – Final of the Fallera Mayor de Valencia Pilota Valenciana Trophy at the Trinquet de Pelayo.

Monday 2

• 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. – Reception of the ninots for the Ninot Exhibition at the Science Museum.

Tuesday 3

• 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. – Reception of ninots for the Ninot Exhibition at the Science Museum.

Thursday 5

• 7:00 p.m. – Culture nominations gala at the Reales Atarazanas del Puerto.

Friday 6

• 7:00 p.m. – Opening of the Ninot Exhibition.
• At the end, there will be a fireworks display with light and color effects.

Saturday 7

• MORNING (9:00 a.m.): Exchange of photographs between the Fallera Mayor Infantil de Valencia (Valencia’s Child Fallera Mayor) and child representatives at the Reales Atarazanas.

Sunday 22

• 6:30 a.m. – Prayer by the Falleras Mayores of Valencia and their Courts of Honor to Santa Bárbara in the Church of San Juan del Hospital.
• 7:00 a.m. – Children’s “Despertà.”
• 7:30 a.m. – “Macrodespertà” organized by the Corona falla, ending in the Plaza del Ayuntamiento with a spectacular earthquake. Followed by a fallero breakfast.
• 12:00 p.m. – Entrance of the Music Bands.
• 2:00 p.m. – “Mascletà” in the Plaza del Ayuntamiento.
• 7:30 p.m. – “Crida” at the Serranos Towers. At the end, light and color effects with a show.

Saturday 28

• 10:30 a.m. – Visit by the Fallera Mayor Infantil (Child Queen) of Valencia and her Court of Honor to the Fire Station on Avenida de la Plata.
• 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. – Fallas Collectors’ Fair in the Gardens of the Fallas Central Board.
• 5:30 p.m. – “Cabalgata del Ninot” parade. Route: Departure from Glorieta, Calle La Paz, San Vicente, Plaza del Ayuntamiento, Marqués de Sotelo, ending at Calle Xátiva.
• The parade will close with the entrance of the first pieces of the municipal falla “Hope.”
• 11:59 p.m. – Nighttime fireworks display in the Plaza del Ayuntamiento.

Sunday 1

• 10:00 a.m. – 64th Cant de l’Estoreta Contest, organized by the Plaza del Árbol falla and sponsored by JCF.
• 2:00 p.m. – “Mascletà” in the Town Hall Square.
• 8:00 p.m. – Nighttime fireworks display in the Town Hall Square.

Monday 2

• 10:30 a.m. – Visit by the Falleras Mayores of Valencia and their Courts of Honor to the City of the Fallero Artist to visit the workshops.
• 2:00 p.m. – “Mascletà” in the Town Hall Square.

Tuesday 3

• 2:00 p.m. – “Mascletà” in the Town Hall Square.

Wednesday 4

• 11:00 a.m. – Visit to the Valencia Local Police Headquarters by the Falleras Mayores of Valencia and their Courts of Honor.

• 12:00 p.m. – The FMV will start the 55th Fallera Round of cars from l’Antigor in the Town Hall Square.
• 2:00 p.m. – “Mascletà” in the Town Hall Square.
• 11:59 p.m. – Nighttime fireworks display in the Town Hall Square.

Saturday, March 7

• 11:30 a.m. – Tribute to the painter Segrelles organized by the Plaza del Pintor Segrelles committee.
• 2:00 p.m. – “Mascletà” in the Town Hall Square.
• 11:59 p.m. – Nighttime fireworks display in the Town Hall Square.

Sunday, 8

• 10:00 a.m. – Visit by the Fallera Mayor of Valencia and her Court of Honor to the Fire Station on Avenida de la Plata to celebrate the feast day of its patron saint.

• 9:00 p.m. – “Cremà” of the children’s falla in the Town Hall Square.
• 10:00 p.m. – Burning of all the fallas in Valencia.
• 10:30 p.m. – Burning of the falla that won first prize in the Special Section.
