The Viveros and Jaime Roig area in Valencia will host a new decoration market this weekend as part of the clearance of a house.
Following the success of its previous events in the city center and Rocafort, the House&Market collective—which specializes in clearing out unique spaces—is moving its activity to “Casa Viveros,” an exclusive property on Menéndez Pelayo Street.
It will be an open house designed to give the contents of this property a second life.

Unlike typical trade fairs, this event is an opportunity to step inside a real home and purchase selected items. The public can visit the house and see the products in their natural habitat, allowing them to better visualize a potential purchase or how the items might fit into their future home.
Among the pieces that will be on sale, visitors will find contemporary designer furniture and accessories, a selection of decorative items, quality table linens, carved glassware, and ceramics from the family collection of this home.

The event at Casa Viveros will take place over two intense days on Friday, January 23, and Saturday, January 24. To ensure the best experience, different time slots have been established:
Friday, January 23:
- From 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.: Exclusive access by appointment (tickets sold out).
- From 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.: Free admission for the general public.
Saturday, January 24:
- From 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.: Free admission.
