The gardens and the renovated house of the restaurant L’Antic Molí de Rocafort will host this weekend an exclusive ephemeral decoration market with luxury items.
The collective House&Market, specialized in the emptying of exclusive homes in locations such as Santa Barbara, Gran Vía Fernando el Católico or Plaza San Agustín, organizes a special edition baptized as “Pop Up Christmas“, in which it will put on sale the stock and the backroom of premium decoration firms “at very good prices”.

Unlike its previous events, focused on the emptying of private homes, this time will be sold “remnants of series” and warehouse pieces from stores like the well-known Villa Garnelo, and items from brands Jaquard Français, Cereria Mollá, Ofelia Home Decor and Lampe Berger, among others.
This open day will feature a stock at affordable prices of complete tableware, lamps, mirrors, flower pots, high-end table linens, candles and bronze pieces.
According to the organization, most of the products will be in the price range of 15 to 150 euros, although others will have higher values.
According to the organizers, the initiative seeks to give a “second life” to these objects, and replicates the formula of other European fairs of this style such as the French Vide Grenier, the British Flea Markets or the Swedish Loppis. “We offer to those who appreciate the value of the authentic, the possibility of buying unique pieces with history in an orderly environment,” they say from House & Market.
