Alhambra
.
The most famous in Valencia, for sure. This bar reopened in 2021 after a sudden closure due to health problems of its former owners, authors of an omelette recipe 15 cm high, 32 eggs and 4 kilos in weight. A tradition that the new owners have resumed following the legacy of Benito Bazán, creator of this bar with so much tradition. You can try up to 14 omelettes here.

La Peseta

You’ll have to go all the way down to Poblats Marítims to try another delicatessen like this one. A wide variety of tapas fill the menu of this temple of lunch, since 1906, but its potato omelette is undoubtedly one of the most demanded. And not to mention its variations with cheese or eggplant. As we like to say, have tapas here and you’ll be right.
