The Best Tortilla Festival will celebrate its 2nd edition in Valencia from October 8 to 12, 2025. After a first edition in October 2024 that brought together a dozen restaurants from all over Spain and where 100,000 pinchos were handed out, the festival dedicated exclusively to the potato omelette will repeat the format and will have free admission.
The Best Tortilla will be set up in the Jardines de Viveros where for five days the public will be able to taste a wide variety of tortillas, from the most traditional to the most innovative proposals, prepared by restaurants from all over Spain.
The Best Tortilla returns to Valencia a year later, after also visiting Malaga. The festival in search of the best omelette of the peninsula returns with more than 10 restaurants from all over the country that will cook from October 8 to 12 in the Jardines de Viveros.
