Music festivals are a must in the Valencian Community: there isn’t a single province that doesn’t have a few. Not sure where to start? Don’t worry—in this list, we’ll go over the best festivals that will keep us dancing month after month, province by province. And, as a bonus, if you’re in the mood for a getaway, we’ve got some suggestions outside the region that are hard to resist.
Festival de les Arts
It has established itself as “The festival” of Valencia, with one sold-out show after another and a lineup that gets better every year. In its 11th edition, the lakes of the Ciutat de les Arts will be drained to make way for the grand Les Arts stage, which will host groups and solo artists such as Siloé, Belén Aguilera, Carlos Sadness, Julieta, and Pignoise.

Valencia becomes the epicenter of urban music with this festival, which in 2026 will expand to other venues such as Barakaldo, Torrevieja, and Pontevedra. For its Valencia edition, headlined by David Bisbal, it features a lineup with other big names on the scene like Lola Índigo, Rels B, Manuel Turizo, Nathy Peluso, Ana Mena, Rigoberta Bandini, and Juan Magán, among others

A summer classic, urban music in an unbeatable location, perfect for taking a dip between performances. In 2026, the lineup is headlined by big names like Nicky Jam, Ozuna, Anuel AA, JC Reyes, and Saiko.
Medusa Sunbeach Festival

Are you left wanting more beach parties? No problem, because the month after Zevra, Medusa arrives—another beach festival. Who will be performing in 2026? Until we find out, here’s a reminder of the amazing lineup from 2025: Afrojack, Alesso, Charlotte de Witte, Nervo, Fatima Hajji, among others.

This is the only festival on the peninsula held during Holy Week, featuring three days of Spanish indie music with international guests. If the weather cooperates (which it usually does in Benicàssim in the spring), a massive party is guaranteed. This year’s international guests are Of Monsters and Men, and among the other 40 artists on the lineup, we highlight names like Rigoberta Bandini, Love of Lesbian, Guitarricadelaguente, and La M.O.D.A.
FIB
It definitely needs no introduction. The FIB is arguably one of the most famous festivals ( internationally speaking). Always featuring major headliners, it leads the summer festival scene year after year. It will take place, as we all know, in Benicàssim, featuring artists like The Prodigy, Kaiser Chiefs, La La Love You, Biffy Clyro… The best part is that if you go to this festival, you’ll definitely get to brush up on your rusty English, since tourists make up the majority of the crowd at FIB.
Rototom Sunsplash

The festival of good vibes is in Benicàssim. Rototom Sunsplash has become Europe’s most important reggae festival, boasting three decades of the best live lineups in this musical genre. If you’ve never been, we’ll tell you right now that it’s quite an experience—beyond the music—with stalls selling sustainable products, a family zone, and restaurants serving international cuisine. As for the lineup, it’s top secret for now, but judging by past years’ lineups, it’s clear that the very best of the genre will be there.
VisorFest
True to its identity as a “concert festival, “ VisorFest 2026 will preserve its original essence: an intimate experience, without overlapping sets or a front stage. For this new edition, the organizers have announced Ride and The Wannadies, among others, as the first confirmed acts, marking the band’s return after their appearance at the inaugural edition in 2018.
Rock Legends
Welcome, children of Rock & Roll, to this new edition of this amazing festival (and it’s already the 20th). The experts will know that at this festival you can enjoy four days of the very best of the national and international hard rock scene. This year’s lineup features everyone from Helloween to Sepultura, from In Flames to War Cry… and many more.

Another of the most hyped festivals in the whole country is Primavera Sound Barcelona, which, after leaving a trail of unforgettable moments at last year’s edition, is already gearing up for next year’s event. And keep an eye on the lineup, featuring legends like The Cure, Massive Attack, and Gorillaz, along with young artists who are taking the scene by storm, such as Bad Gyal, Doja Cat, and Addison Rae… a dream lineup that’s already sold out, though you still have the option to snag tickets for its closing party, Primavera Bits.

An excuse to take a trip up north (in the summer, when the weather is perfect for escaping the sweltering heat of Valencia) is to enjoy one of the most iconic rock festivals. None other than His Majesty Alice Cooper headlining… and a whole host of artists who deserve a spot in any “hall of fame.”
