On the outskirts of Valencia there is a restaurant on everyone’s lips. Their burgers have positioned themselves as one of the best in Valencia and Spain with a style that exudes juiciness and flavor. We are talking about Soul Coffee Beer, the hamburger restaurant “from another planet” (as they define themselves) based in Paiporta (Carrer Sant Pasqual, 12), and for some time now with a second location in the center of Valencia.
This family restaurant drinks from the German culture of the 70s. Its creators, a family of emigrants from Seville in Menden, was inspired by the gastronomy and culture of this German area to import burgers, street food and a pairing with different types of beers to Valencia.
The burgers, priced between 12.5 and 20.50 euros depending on the maturation time of the meat, are the main ingredient of the menu. Soul Coffee also offers nachos, hummus, salads and a selection of homemade desserts.
Recently, this hamburger restaurant in Paiporta has been chosen by The World’s Best Burgers as one of the 25 best in the world. Specifically, it is ranked number 10.
This ranking, which has also placed Hundred Burgers as the best burger in the world, is based on anonymous ratings from a group of expert foodies, who have visited 900 restaurants in more than 60 different countries.
“They serve absolutely incredible burgers here, with super flavorful dry-aged beef, umami-laden toppings and some of the best crispy bacon strips you can try. This 2025 Soul Coffee will make the trip to Spain with The Champions burger festival to present its new burger concept, the Eminem: smoked potato bun, sweet kimchi mayonnaise with Korean touches, smoked Jack monterey, crispy Mr.Corn and crispy onion, and meat matured 45 days and cooked on the grill.
Soul Coffee’s Valencia location is located at Calle Maestro Clavé, number 1, and is called Street Soul.
