The sea caves of the Valencian Community are synonymous with adventure and underwater exploration. Near Valencia we find some of the best in Spain and they are a gift for diving and aquatic speleology lovers. In addition to taking a relaxing swim in them, you can explore the seabed and discover a privileged place of the Mediterráneo coast.

Cova dels Arcs
La Cova dels Arcs in Moraig Cove is spectacular, due to its location and design created by nature, forming two large arches in the rock and an upper hole through which the sun shines while we enjoy diving in crystal clear waters, very popular for snorkeling, especially in the “dels Inmersionistes” room. Extreme caution is recommended, depending on the state of the sea.

Òrgens Cave
In Xàbia you will find this other sea cave, which is one of the largest in Spain. It is the great unknown of this list, with a height that leaves visitors speechless. Nothing more than 46 meters in the central point, a real pass.
We say that it is the great unknown of the list due to its isolation. The Cova del Òrgens is accessible only by sea, which makes it a remote and less visited destination. It is an ideal place to explore by kayak or paddle surf, offering a unique and peaceful experience.

Cova Tallada
At the foot of Montgó, in Denia, we find Cova Tallada, an easily accessible cave at the foot of the sea. Its rocks form a small natural pool where we can bathe while observing its characteristic arches, in addition to having several rooms.
It should be noted that access to the Cueva Tallada is restricted during the summer months, specifically from June 15 to October 15, both included reservation through the Montgó Natural Park web page during this period. Access is free during the rest of the year.

Llop Marí Cave
In the surroundings of Cabo de la Nao we find this cave, one of the favorites for kayakers and paddle surfers. A spectacular location built centuries ago by humans, who exported stones from here for the construction of monuments and buildings in this Zone of Alicante.

Barber’s Cave
Now we move to a rocky cove on the coast of Benidorm. It is a difficult cave to access, so extreme caution is recommended. It is very close to the cove of Tío Ximo and Cala Almadraba.

Fish Cave
The Fish Cave, also known as Cova del Moraig, is a cave for experts. Please note that access is only possible when the sea is calm, and can only be accessed by sea (this is the safest option).
Bordering the Cova dels Arcs, this cave is known for its mix of fresh and salt water, creating an ideal environment for snorkeling and marine exploration thanks to its crystal clear waters and rich marine life, making it a popular destination for nature and adventure lovers.
