Quality is not at odds with price. And every year, the Repsol Guide recognizes this with the “Soletes” distinction, which in 2026 highlights 24 bars and restaurants in the Valencian Community offering an affordable menu for less than 30 euros per person.
The guide’s recommendations for Holy Week 2026 focus on unpretentious, everyday spots located near tourist attractions, iconic neighborhoods, and natural settings where authenticity and excellent cuisine are preserved.
