THE-ARE, the women’s fashion brand founded in Valencia in 2012, is holding a sale this Tuesday and Wednesday at its Valencia store, located at 25 Conde Salvatierra Street. This is the first time the brand has organized an event of this kind, with discounts of up to 70% on its guest dresses.
According to the brand, the initiative responds to a demand they have long wanted to address and coincides with the summer wedding and ceremony season.
The brand has indicated that it does not rule out extending the outlet to its online store depending on demand.
A brand with Valencian roots
THE-ARE was founded by designer Rocío Botella, who began making clothes for her friends at age 23, in a small room, using fabric scraps she had collected during her design studies.
The company oversees the entire production process at its own workshop in Valencia, which spans more than 400m2, where it handles design, pattern-making, cutting, sewing, and distribution.
It currently employs more than 90 people and has 19 retail locations throughout Spain, in addition to its online store.
The brand initially made a name for itself with its dresses and jumpsuits for parties and events. Over time, it has expanded its catalog to its current four collections: casual, party, events, and swimwear.
THE-ARE has dressed public figures such as Infanta Sofía and has over 665,000 followers on Instagram.
