Urban art is getting ready to take over Valencia. The National Graffiti League will stop in the city on October 3, 4 and 5 in the Montolivet neighborhood, where 10 national artists will paint murals simultaneously.
The event, which will depict large-format murals, will take place in the pedestrian street Pepita Samper.
Among the artists who will participate is the winner of the last edition, Nauni69 (Raúl Moreno), along with the local representation of the hyperrealist Dridali (Adrián Mateo). There will also be the neon colors and 3D effect of Jota, the comic style of Décima PNS or the realism of Danklabara and Konestilo. The list is completed by artists such as Rudi, Hide2 (lettering expert), Sea162 (specialist in interventions in nature) and Jacobo Palos.
During the weekend of the National Graffiti League, workshops will be organized for school children and the public will be able to come to Pepita Samper Street to see live the creative process of the artists.
This initiative is in addition to other bets of the consistory for urban art, such as the contest in blinds of stores or the creation of the largest mural in Valencia in the Plaza de Sor Guillermina.
