Valencia starts 2026 with the arrival of Sant Antoni del Porquet. Although the neighborhood of Sant Antoni hosts its traditional winter solidarity market since Thursday, January 8, this weekend there will also be pyrotechnics and fire very close to Sagunto Street in Valencia.
Specifically, on Friday 9 at 20:15 hours will be the opening of the market with the celebration of the correfocs.
A day later, on Saturday January 10 at 21:00 hours, a night mascletà will be held by Pirotecnia Vulcano, in the same enclave.
Although the most complete day will be Sunday afternoon, January 11. From 8 pm, the procession of San Antonio will be held with the typical torches and traditional dances accompanied by tabalet i dolçaina.
Then, there will be a fireworks display by Pirotecnia Peñaroja, before the cremà of the bonfire of San Antonio.

Beyond the pyrotechnics, the 6th Winter Solidarity Market will remain open from Thursday with traditional gastronomy, crafts and a space dedicated to animal welfare.
Both Saturday morning and Sunday the public will be able to attend children’s workshops, guide dog exhibitions (ONCE, police and firefighters) and parades for the adoption of dogs organized by Modepran.
