Valencia will again celebrate another year the feast of Sant Antoni del Porquet with the installation of the 6th edition of its traditional winter solidarity market during this weekend.
From January 8 to 11, 2026, the Brotherhood of San Antonio Abad will distribute at the intersection of Maximiliano Thous and Ministre Luis Mayans streets stalls with gastronomic and handicraft products, solidarity activities related to animal welfare and children’s workshops for the little ones.

From Thursday January 8 from 18 hours you can visit this market, whose official opening will take place on Friday January 9 at 21:30 hours. There will be tasting and sale of traditional dishes and artisan products.
That same Friday, the previous will be marked by music and fire, with the celebration of the correfocs along the street Ministre Luis Mayans at 20:15 hours. The rest of the days, the market and the NGO tents will open their doors from 10:00 am.
Being a market in honor of the patron saint of animals, the enclosure will be a “pet friendly” space that can be accessed with pets at all times. In addition, various animal protection organizations and associations dedicated to animal welfare will have their own tents to publicize their work and receive support from the public.
Night mascletá and fireworks this weekend in Valencia

The pyrotechnic program will be held from Saturday, January 10 at 21:00 hours. At that time a night mascletà will be fired by Pirotecnia Vulcano.
On Sunday, January 11, the torchlight procession and traditional dances will be held at 20:00 hours, followed by a fireworks display at 21:00 hours and the subsequent cremà of the San Antonio bonfire.
For families, on Saturday and Sunday mornings from 11 am there will be children’s workshops with face painting and creation of toys for pets, as well as guide dog exhibitions and dog adoption parades by Modepran, which will take place both days at 12:00 pm.
