Torrent will host Valencia’s first Italian cuisine festival this May. Mamma Mia Sapore is coming to Torrent’s Parc Central from May 28 to 31 with free admission, showcasing Italian cuisine and culture through four days of food, wine, live music, and activities for the whole family.
About a dozen Italian restaurants in the province will serve Italian cuisine, appetizers, wine, and desserts. The culinary offerings will include pasta, pizza, tiramisu, and lesser-known Italian dishes, with vegetarian, gluten-free, and lactose-free options.
All of this will be accompanied by Italian wine and appetizers.

The restaurants confirmed by the organizers so far are:

- Maromont – Stuffed Pasta
- Sorsi & Morsi – Pizza fritta
- Mascarpone – Tiramisu
- Hasta la Pasta – Fresh Pasta
- Epazzo – Focaccia
- Raffaello Gelateria Artigianale – Gelato and coffee
- L’agnolotto Trattoria Pizzeria – Antipasti
- Feed the Beast – Arrosticini
- Burgaccia – Italian burger
- Italian Flavors – Risotto
- More Than a Mos – Cnopperia
- Acqua e Terra Ristorante – Baked Pasta
- Kestè Café y Tapas – Spritz
On the cultural and entertainment side, the festival will feature performances by DJ Coco, a showcase by the Luis & Ventura Dance School, and a live music band competition. There will also be a kids’ area set up for the little ones.
Hours and directions
The festival will open its doors on Thursday, May 28, and Friday, May 29, from 6:00 p.m. to midnight, while on Saturday, May 30, and Sunday, May 31, hours will be extended from 12:00 p.m. until midnight on Saturday and until 10:00 p.m. on Sunday.
To reach Torrent’s Parc Central by public transit, take Metro lines 1, 2, or 7 to the Torrent Avinguda stop, or take a city bus; there will also be a parking area near the venue.
