From May 11 to 31, bars and restaurants throughout the Valencian Community will participate in Tapas d’Ací, the gastronomic route promoted by Conhostur and Turismo Comunitat Valenciana that brings together dozens of establishments in Alicante, Castellón, and Valencia offering tapas made with local and seasonal ingredients for between 5 and 8 euros.
Each establishment will serve a unique recipe made with local seasonal produce, served with a beer or a glass of wine from the Valencian Community.
The route will extend across the three provinces with a wide variety of offerings. Inthe city and province of Valencia, you can sample tapas at venues such as La Cuadra (Three-phase grilled explosion, €5), Pasqual & Sheila (Terrete & Mar, €7), BORGIA Winebar + Spirits (Borgiana Valencian Salad, €8), Vaqueta Gastro Mercat (Potato, surf and turf, €6.50), Gazuza Gastrobar (Fried Prawn Bao, €8), Pelayo Gastro Trinquet (Mosset d’esgarraet, €7), ALENAR Bodega Mediterránea (Steak Tartare Coqueta, €8), or Taberna La Mora (Figatell + double beer, €8), among others.
InAlicante and its province, participating establishments include, among others, Restaurante Portabella (Alicante en un Bocado, €7), Gastrobar Jorge (Brisa de Santa Pola, €8), Restaurante Baydal in Calp (Octopus Croquette, €6), Freiduria los Peces in Benidorm (Abanico de boquerones, €5), Insensato Vermú y Anchoas (Brasa i Salobre, €8), and Café L’Estació in Dénia (Las croquetas de casa, €6).
InCastellón and its province, participating venues include Asador Aguilar in Segorbe (Güeña scrambled brioche, €6.50), Taberna La Comarca in Castelló (Artichoke tempura with shavings, €6.50), Lo Sarao in Canet lo Roig (Ximo de Castelló + a glass of Clotàs, €7), Can Ros in Burriana (Tronc de la plana, €7), or Camping Spanatura Resort in Peñíscola (Lingote Peñíscolano, €8).
The fixed price of between 5 and 8 euros includes both the tapa and the drink. All participating establishments and their offerings can be found on the official website.
A contest to find the best tapa in the Region
The route will also feature a culinary competition: onMay 25, at the CDT in Valencia, the final round will be held to select the Best Tapa of the Valencian Community 2026.
Six entries will advance to the final—two from each province—selected following the semifinals held in the three provincial capitals.
