It’s like winning the Champions League of editorial design. And it has been achieved by a falla of Valencia with a llibret of the last edition of the festival. We are talking about the Falla Mossén Sorell-Corona, which has won the gold award for its editorial design by the Art Directors Clubs of Europe (ADCE), the most important graphic and editorial design award in Europe.
The ADCE is a network of more than 7,000 creatives from all over Europe, who annually evaluate European creativity in advertising, graphic design and editorial design.
What is the llibret of Mossén Sorell-Corona like?

The llibret was designed by Ibán Ramón for the 2025 edition of the Fallas. It accompanied the Fallas monument designed by the Lo Siento studio and the workshop of Manolo Martín, “The World is on Fire” (a play on words in which “fire” and “fallas” sound similar).
This monument, a large typographic totem that warned about global tensions such as war conflicts and the climate crisis, won first prize in the Experimental Fallas section.

The llibret itself, which can be consulted in digital version in this link, is presented as a container with different sizes of sheets bound by means of a fastener and typewriter Courier letters.

Inside the llibret there are articles signed by Marian Company, Emilio Pacho, Corentin Girard, Pau Olmo, Elisabeth Quintana Seguí and Escif.
In addition to the European gold, Ibán Ramón also received a Bronze in editorial design at the same ADCE Awards 2025 for his work on the book “Scenes of Valencian design 001-014”, written by Eugenio Viñas and Lidia Caro for the Fundació del Disseny de la Comunitat Valenciana.
Is the llibret available in physical format?
After consulting with the falla Mossén Sorell-Corona, those who would like to obtain a physical copy of the llibret can do so by contacting fallacorona@fallacorona.com, where they will be given more information if copies are available.
