La Muralla restaurant makes the best croquette of 2026. Kroqueta Fest wrapped up its 2026 edition last Sunday, crowning this Valencia-based restaurant as the winner with a selection of three recipes: aged ribeye croquette bathed in gold, “Sour Cream & Onion” Pringles croquette, and the torrezno croquette.
The festival, held from April 16 to 19 on the esplanade in front of the Hotel Neptuno, brought together 18 restaurants and a total of 54 different croquettes.
The public vote awarded the victory to this hamburger chain, which has locations in several towns throughout the Valencian Community.
