Valencia’s croquette food festival returns this week to the Cabanyal area. Kroqueta Fest will hold its 2026 edition from April 16 to 19 on the esplanade in front of the Hotel Neptuno, at Cabanyal Beach, with four days packed with food and music.
18 restaurants will compete with a total of 54 different croquettes to win the title of the 2026 Valencia Best Croquette Contest. Confirmed participants include Sibarita—winner of the previous edition—Cheek’s, and Jenkin’s, along with many other local establishments.
The event will also feature food trucks such as Glasol ice cream and Como un queso cakes.
Kroqueta Fest is not just a food festival. The musical lineup will feature live bands, emerging artists, and DJs such as GenZ, Volavent, and DJ Coco, as well as the Dance Center Valencia dance school.
The venue will feature a market with local brands, a tattoo area, and a children’s zone with attractions and entertainment
Admission to the festival is free, but for those who don’t want to take any chances, there is a Fast Pass ticket that includes a gourmet croquette, redeemable at any of the participating restaurants.
