The most important gastronomic fair in the Valencian Community returns to Fira Valencia from October 26 to 28. This year, Gastrónoma 2026 will occupy more than 28,000 m² of space in the exhibition halls of the fairgrounds, in what will be the largest edition to date.
Restaurateurs, bakers, pastry chefs, sommeliers, and producers from the Valencian Community will showcase and offer tastings of their latest creations over the course of three days. The event will feature more than 200 top-tier chefs and producers across 18 specialized areas, ranging from live cooking demonstrations and gourmet bars to a pastry section, a bakery, direct sales to the public, and even a bar where attendees can order snacks and drinks during the event.

All sectors of the culinary industry will be represented at this event, from Michelin-starred chefs to large retail chains, as well as butchers and fishmongers. There will also be family-friendly areas, featuring healthy cooking workshops designed to introduce children to the world of gastronomy.
The program of activities is almost endless, with experiences tailored to every consumer’s taste: wine tastings and workshops, professional pastry competitions, a grill specializing in meats, craft beers, and artisanal cheeses… and, of course, gourmet bars to sample the best tapas and a new fine-dining restaurant where you can enjoy menus created by renowned chefs. The complete program for Gastrónoma 2026 can be viewed at this link.

Tickets for the general public cost 10 euros (one day) or 20 euros (three days) when purchased through the website. There are also special offers for student groups.
