The next edition of the Valencia Cuina Oberta food festival will take place from April 9 to 19. In 2026 , the event will reach a record number of participants with 75 registered restaurants, eight of which hold Michelin stars.
During the 11 days of the festival, participating restaurants will offer special set menus at fixed prices.
The format, similar to previous years, is structured as follows: an exclusive appetizer, main course, and dessert, prepared with locally sourced ingredients, for €28 for lunch and €36 for dinner, with an additional €20 at gourmet restaurants and €80 and €100 at Michelin-starred restaurants . Drinks are not included .
Reservations are now open via the event’s official website. Among the Michelin-starred participants are restaurants such as La Salita, Riff, Fierro, Lienzo, Arrels, Fraula, Flores Raras, and Simposio.
Activities beyond the set menus
The program isn’t limited to the restaurants’ offerings. Seventeen complementary culinary experiences have been organized at 14 venues, including wine tastings, cocktail workshops, horchata-making, and sourdough bread-baking, among other activities, which can also be booked online.
