The Argentine national team’s debut in the 2026 World Cup has served as an excuse for a Valencian steakhouse to launch a promotion that’s as simple as it is straightforward: the first diner to arrive at Cruz Pampa, located at 29 Conde de Altea Street, with a Lionel Messi trading card will be able to exchange it for a dinner valued at 50 euros.
The initiative, dubbed “Tonight, Messi Pays,” will run from June 17 to 19.
The conditions are specific: the promotion is limited to a single person—the first to arrive with the trading card—and the discount applies exclusively to the cardholder’s meal up to that amount; any additional items will be charged separately.
When asking for the check, the customer must show the trading card and say the phrase that gives the campaign its name.
You’ll also need to follow Cruz Pampa on Instagram and share the post about the promotion to validate your participation.
A restaurant serving meat imported from Argentina
Cruz Pampa revamped its menu in late 2024 under the direction of Argentine chef Hernán Sale. The restaurant specializes in grilled meats featuring European cuts and cuts imported from Argentina, and features an open, glass-enclosed grill that allows diners to watch the cooking process from the dining room.
The menu also includes appetizers and side dishes prepared in a clay oven.
Reservations to participate in the promotion can be made through the restaurant’s website.
