As part of the security operation for the 2026 Fallas, the Xàtiva and Colón stations will be closed to the public during the mascletás, between 12:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. from March 14 to 19.
From this Saturday, it is recommended that passengers use the alternative stops at Alameda, Plaça Espanya, and Àngel Guimerà to reach the center of Valencia.
The pedestrian walkway connecting the Xàtiva and Alacant stations will also be closed during these hours and, additionally, from 10:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. on the 17th and 18th due to the fireworks displays.
Throughout the period, from March 13 to 19, bicycles and scooters will not be allowed on the entire network, and it is recommended that child seats be folded inside the facilities.
It will also be prohibited to carry or set off fireworks, smoke, consume alcoholic beverages or narcotics, or bring balloons onto the train to avoid possible contact with the overhead power lines.
