Valencia will welcome the festivities of the LGTBI+ Pride 2024 with a daytime castle this Friday, June 21. With the time change and just after the longest day of the year, which will be this Thursday, June 20, Valencia will adapt the fireworks show, usually reserved for the night, to a daytime version.
To opening speech by the singer Rosa Lopez the fireworks show, scheduled for 8:30 pm, will follow at around 9 pm. Afterwards, the Plaza del Ayuntamiento will host an LGTBI+ Pride party with musical performances and a festival with DJs.
This will be the only party that Valencia will celebrate on the occasion of Pride 2024 in the Plaza del Ayuntamiento. Unlike previous years, the associations and organizations of the collective have decided not to collaborate in other festive events and will focus their activity on the protest demonstration scheduled for the afternoon of June 28.
