28,000 people, tons of potatoes and liters of beer. The plan is repeated another year in the Marina with the 2nd edition of the Mahou Bravas Fest in Valencia, the festival that pays tribute to such a typical delicacy as the patatas bravas. A fixed date in the gastronomic calendar of the city and that returns this fall with a complete proposal of gastronomy and music.
From October 17 to 19, 2025, the shed No. 2 of La Marina, next to the Plaça de l’aigua, will bring together 10 of the city’s restaurants, which will compete to win the award for the “Best bravas of Valencia”.
In this second edition, 10 restaurants of the city will elaborate their particular recipe of patatas bravas. Each of the proposals can be paired with a different Mahou beer, and to complete the experience, each restaurant will offer a star tapa outside the competition.

As in the previous edition, the festival will culminate with the selection of the best bravas in Valencia. Two prizes will be awarded: one decided by the popular vote of the attending public and the other awarded by a jury of top professionals from the gastronomic sector.

Much more than bravas: music, workshops and activities in the Bravas Fest

The Mahou Bravas Fest goes beyond the star tapa. There will also be concerts, raffles and workshops, such as “The art of pulling beers by Mahou”, to learn how to serve beer like a real expert, or the popular “Bravas Passport”, which will reward those who get the stamps of all the restaurants.
The little ones will also have their space with workshops such as “Decorate your chef look”, where they can paint their own apron, or the “Plasti-Brava”, to create their own plate of bravas with plasticine.
Admission to the event is free and can be downloaded from the official website. As a novelty this year, the most “braveros” will be able to purchase a Fast Pass in advance which, in addition to guaranteeing access through a special queue, includes a bravas tapa and a drink.
The event is organized by event producer Pleisure and Bravas Barcelona, the platform of the well-known influencer Edu Gonzàlez. The festival has the main sponsorship of Mahou and the collaboration of brands such as La Española.
