Benidorm will have the tallest residential building in Europe. TM Real Estate Group has recently presented the TM Tower, a residential project that will have 64 floors and 230 meters high.
This will make it the tallest residential project in Europe. Not to be confused with other skyscrapers dedicated to the business or hotel world, as the Lakhta Center, located in St. Petersburg, at 462 meters, is the tallest to date.

The one in Benidorm will be a project with 260 homes to be delivered by the end of 2028, according to the deadlines advanced by the developer.
Each apartment will have 1 to 4 bedrooms, 50 meters from the Poniente beach. The skyscraper will have common areas with heated swimming pools, a sports area, gymnasium, cinema and a skybar on the 63rd floor, which will also house an astronomical observatory in collaboration with the Jesús Carnicer Didactic and Interactive Science Museum (MUDIC).
The structure will be made of highly rigid reinforced concrete, designed to guarantee comfort even in days with strong winds. The project has passed a wind tunnel test carried out at the “Ignacio Da Riva” University Institute of the Polytechnic University of Madrid.

It will have 7 elevators with speeds of up to 6 meters per second to quickly reach the top of the architectural landmark in the Benidorm skyline.
This project will complete the skyline of the west beach in Benidorm designed by TM Group along with other buildings such as the Sunset Drive or the Eagle Tower.
The company has not yet provided the sales price data for each property. The detailed project will be presented on September 18 in Benidorm.
