It is already official: the 2025 working calendar in the Valencian Community will have 12 holidays and 1 recoverable. The Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana has published the dates which will be paid and non-recoverable in the region, and has also confirmed St. John’s Day as a recoverable holiday, as in previous years.
The official holidays in 2025 in the Valencian Community will be the following:
- january 1, New Year’s Day.
- january 6, Epiphany of the Lord.
- march 19, St. Joseph’s Day.
- april 18, Good Friday.
- april 21, Easter Monday.
- may 1, Labor Day.
- august 15, Assumption of the Virgin.
- october 9th, Day of the Valencian Community.
- november 1, All Saints Day.
- december 6, Constitution Day.
- december 8, Immaculate Conception.
- december 25, Nativity of the Lord.
- The following holiday is established as a paid and recoverable holiday: june 24, San Juan.
To these holidays will be added up to 2 more days of municipal character that each municipality will designate freely in the near future. In the case of Valencia, San Vicente Mártir in the month of January could be one of them.
