Valencia will be the first direct connection between Spain and Brasov, the city of Count Dracula, and for many, the most beautiful tourist destination in all of Romania. WizzAir has announced the opening of its new operational base in Valencia and will offer seven new routes: five domestic and two international.
Starting in November, the Hungarian airline will fly to Asturias, Santiago de Compostela, Santander, Bilbao, and Palma de Mallorca as domestic destinations, and to Naples and Brasov as international destinations. In addition, flights to Milan will double, bringing the total number of routes departing from Valencia to 23.
Brasov, the Gothic jewel of Eastern Europe
For the first time, Spain will be connected to one of the most beautiful and least-known cities in Eastern Europe. Brasov is a must-see destination for all lovers of Gothic architecture, medieval culture, and natural landscapes.
The main attraction is Romania’s top tourist destination: Bran Castle, which inspired Bram Stoker to set his most famous work, *Dracula*, there. But it is by no means the only place worth visiting in the city.
