
València joins one more year the commemoration of International Museum Day, which will take place on Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 May 2025, with free admission to all public museums, whether state, regional or municipal.
Throughout the day, Valencian museums will offer special programming and free access to both permanent and temporary exhibitions, so that the public can discover art, history and science through the cultural offerings of each of them.
As in previous years, the DIM 2025 will be preceded by the European Night of Museums on Saturday 17, which will extend the opening hours of large spaces in Valencia.
Some of the museums in Valencia that will participate in the DIM 2025 with special activities and open day are the following (it is advisable to consult the official websites of each of them to know in detail what activities will be carried out).

During the week, guided tours will be organized to spaces usually restricted to visitors in the museums of Fine Arts or IVAM, such as the storage of works of art and the restoration workshop.
