The Grand Hotel Centenari in Valencia is now a reality. This luxury hotel is now open to the public in an exclusive location in Valencia: the Plaza del Ayuntamiento, in the historic Telefónica building.
Managed by ACHM Hotels by Marriott, the complex is located in a historic building in the center of Valencia, on the right side of the square between Correos and the town hall.
It is part of the Autograph Collection, one of the most luxurious ranges within the chain’s hotels.
Dating from 1925, the interior has maintained the Art Deco style of the period. The renovation, focused on the architectural respect of the 1920s, was carried out by the Erre studio.
How much does it cost to stay at this hotel?
Inside there are only 53 rooms, which are accessed through a lobby dominated by wood tones and a large bar-restaurant where a grand piano is the centerpiece of the space.
The price of the rooms ranges from 420 to 520 euros per night, depending on the amenities such as breakfast included or a panoramic view of the square.
All rooms have a king-size bed and a space between 25 and 30m2.
The restaurant is inspired by a period French bistro. Under the name Soul of 1927, it is reminiscent of New York and Chicago. It is conceived as a space where, in addition to gastronomy, live music and traveling shows are served.
Its views of Valencia’s Town Hall Square are another of its main attractions, if not the most attractive. It remains to be confirmed for the Fallas 2026 if it will be possible to reserve a table there to watch the mascletá from the top.
