Comic books are becoming an increasingly popular genre. It not only talks about superheroes as many may believe, but it has diversified so much that there is content for all tastes and ages, being considered the ninth art. So if you have not yet given it a chance, this is your moment.
And is that next September 20 begin the XIII Jornadas de Cómic de Valencia at the Centro Cultural La Nau. During the conference we can find more than 60 stands both publishers, as bookstores and artists.
This year, the Comic Days will occupy the two floors of the Cloister of La Nau, an incredible space to walk around and see the latest novelties of the ninth art.
In addition, if you are already a fan, you will be able to attend meetings with authors, artists and dozens of presentations and free activities throughout the three days of the event. And if it is the first time you go, do not worry, you will find workshops and talks perfect to introduce you to the world of comics.
Among the attendees this year there are authors like Victor Puchalski, Pepe Moreno, Cian Tormey, Jordan Thomas, Julia Cejas or Ana Penyas. So don’t forget to bring your favorite comics to get them signed.

The Jornadas de Cómic de Valencia aims to be an open space for everyone and the youngest will also be the protagonists. There are organized workshops of readings, of manga creation, or script. Although there are also activities for young people and adults.

Batman day
The second day of the Jornadas de Cómic de Valencia 2024, on September 21, coincides with Batman Day. Therefore, throughout Saturday there will be activities aimed at this character.
Throughout the morning, fans will be able to dress up as Batman, Batgirl, Joker or any of the characters of this world and the best costumes will be awarded.
